My Current Role
About me
UX Researcher at TOPdesk
I am responsible for planning and conducting UX research activities in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. To do this, I select appropriate research methods such as market research, ethnography, interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry, A/B testing, and usability experiments to gather data about user needs and pain points. I then extract pain points from customer feedback and generate actionable insights informing the design process.
I possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, empathy, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with others. I am user-obsessed and always strive to understand and empathize with the needs and desires of our users.
